     Our Job is to take responsibility for the project and to respond to our clients who have confidence with the work assigned to us. Depending on the nature of the work, size, and structure of the company.


     We will be the management team and/or part of a team wearing the tool belt. As our employees complete the assignment we were hired to do.



     One of our Foreman and our top Supervisor Mr. Chuy has the position to over see project from start to finished.


     He has been trained in all facets in the industry.


     This has given our Foreman many years of experience in handling jobs and employees.


     He has skills in being a mediator between the assigned jobs. The great teamwork in management has created our reputation.



     Our planners who determine and develop the most suitable and economical viable construction and engineering methods for projects.


     We get involved throughout the development stages, and present on the building procedures.


     It is the responsibility our planning engineer to estimate a timescale for a project and ensure the outlined deadlines and met.


     Who works closely with the site manages and other engineers to ensure a project runs on schedule and that material supplies are sufficient.
